Practise three decisions during a booking outage

Fictional incident: new online bookings fail. At first, the team does not know whether existing reservations are affected.

What you get: Choose a response at each stage, read its consequence and continue when new facts arrive. The final record shows your choices and the issues to discuss with your team.
